How to make a vision board – Let’s get started
Materials – Large piece of cardboard, magazine images pens, paper, PVA glue.
Find a large piece of cardboard – pizza box, cardboard box etc.
Flick through magazines (tear images that resonate with you from the magazines).
Source and print online images, photos, or art that represents your life goals.
Drawn images.
Tear out titles, captions, letters, numbers that ignite your thoughts in a positive way.
Arrange the images, texts, numbers, pictures in a way on the board that starts to build a picture on the paper of how you would like your life to be on the future. Have you a specific goal, or a general change in your lifestyle that you desire
When happy glue all the pieces down.
When dry, add writing, poems, arrows, anything that helps bring the vision/goal alive.
Place the completed vision board in a prominent area, such as your office, lounge, kitchen etc. That way it serves as a daily reminder of your most important goals.
Explain to someone else (or record yourself) what your board is about, what your goals, dreams and desires are, and why you selected the items on your board.
